Description: -The Senior MicroStrategy Business Systems/BI Analyst position is a critical role within the IT organization. This team member will be the core person supporting our MicroStrategy Reporting capabilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with data and business SMEs to clarify and understand reporting and analytic requirements.
• Gathering requirements, creating functional specs, working closely with business users to identify their reporting needs. 
• Translate requirements into effective and impactful MicroStrategy dashboards and reports that enable information sharing across the enterprise.
• Design, build, query, and generate MicroStrategy reports for users.
• Meet regularly with IT and business partners to review current reporting and identify improvements and efficiencies.
