Such disclosures will be included in the Investor Relations section of our website athttps://ir.cbre.com (http:// https://ir.cbre.com) .Accordingly, investors should monitor such portion of our website, in addition to following our press releases, Securities and Exchange Commission filings and public conference calls and webcasts. **Senior BI Developer (Tableau) B2B Preferred** **About the Role:** + You will be a key member of the Digital & Technology analytics team responsible for the delivery of business intelligence solutions across various projects for internal & external Client. + Partnering with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams you will be focused to deliver value using best in class BI solutions. + You own the whole dashboard delivery process – from understanding business needs, requirements gathering through data sourcing, agile development of dashboards and analytics to hyper care and on-going support after the delivery. + You act as Single Point of Contact in terms of data analytics, business intelligence and data governance. + You propose initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, data visualization and data engineering. **What You’ll Do:** + Stakeholder Management + Managing stakeholders’ needs and expectations taking into consideration capacity and funding limitations + Understanding Product strategy + Collect Client requirements in terms of data and analytics requests and translate it into: + Data strategy: definition, planning and execution. + Roadmap and resource planning (time and cost). + Measurables outcomes – Objectives and Key Results. + First point of contact in terms of data and analytics. + BI delivery + Responsible for BI solutions delivery including data accuracy, timeliness and cost. + Making sure BAU service (regular, ad-hoc reporting) is delivered, and back-up is in place + Participating in escalations and resolving critical issues. + Ensure data quality to support statutory reporting **What You’ll Need:** + At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (Tableau). + Very good knowledge of SQL. + Experience in working with data warehouses. + Project Management experience in Business Intelligence projects. + Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations and communicate with them to gain requirements and gather information. + Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences (both internal and external) and train users outside of “technology world” - to explain complex matters in a simple way. + Agile mind-set. + Excellent analytical and visualization skills. + Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity. + Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload. + Responsible and mature attitude (responsibility for the managed reporting projects). DESIRABLE: + Working knowledge of any other BI tools (PowerBI). + Programming experience (JavaScript, Python, R). + Commercial Real Estate knowledge.
