Ensure alignment to appropriate ServiceNow SLAs and set processesPlans all activities associated with implementation and maintenance of platforms & solutionsSimplify ways of working and managing platforms in the overall e2e platform service management processDrive & manage effective multi-tenancy embracing shared platform approach, security, audit & compliance, performance, usability, automation, product lifecycle, disaster recovery, infrastructure and software release version upgrades planning & executionEstablish Release and Quality Management processes and standards, ensure code quality and consistency, alignment to standards for both central and federated development workstreamsAbility to analyze, identify, document and remediate complex problems within the technology stackProactively identify trends, determine incident root causes, and manage adverse events from identification to resolutionGood understanding of data warehousing, data models, dashboard development with applied experience on analyzing structured datasetsStrong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively professionally with a diverse group of users and staff.Participate in on-call rotations and be available for issue resolution activitiesCoach other Engineers in the teamEssential for the role
