Job Title: Senior BI Engineer (Power BI Developer/Reporting Analyst)

Location: Onsite (with flexibility, half-days on Fridays)

We are seeking a Senior BI Engineer to develop Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards focused on financial data, sales, inventory, shipping, and AR reserves. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights. Post-acquisition, you'll help integrate new data pipelines and optimize reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards. Analyze and visualize financial and operational data (sales, invoicing, backlogs, inventory). Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions. Maintain and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines. Integrate new data sources into BI systems. Qualifications: 5+ years in Power BI and SSRS development with financial data analysis. Strong SQL and Azure experience. Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business teams.
