Your role:

Manage the end-to-end bid and proposal process, ensuring timely submission, accurate pricing, and alignment with business and customer needs.Analyzes the bid requirements and ensures that all aspects of the proposal comply with client specifications and organizational standards (LOA, Credit Committee and Fin Risk Directives).Responsible for collation of costs and review of documents, calculation of pricing, participation in MM deal escalations whilst ensuring timely offer submission to the customer.Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and technical Business Managers to gather relevant information and act as a trusted advisor in customer interactions and negotiations.Act as the final quality gatekeeper, ensuring adherence to pre-approved pricing, margins, terms, and conditions aligned with company standards.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to contract timelines and terms.Ability to identify relevant accounting and finance aspects in the offering process, (e.g. Steering on preferable payment terms, alternate financing options and requesting of hedge contracts.Drafts, edit, and reviews proposal content and clauses for both Private and Public sector clients to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements. Prepare and consolidate all necessary documents for order handover to the OTC team.Handles all price related topics with complete confidentiality internally and externally.Track and report on bid outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.Continuously improve bid processes to achieve departmental goals, quality objectives, and organizational mission.

Your expertise:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience (5-7 years) in bidding, proposals, tender and Contract management.Strong understanding of bid strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiation.Proficiency in tools like Power BI, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong business acumen and know how to flex own style towards various business demands. Proactively collaborate and positively react towards win/win targets together with Sales team. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and strong Team Player.Completely focusing on providing ultimate support on achieving targets Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
