What you’ll do ​

Review and approval of daily and bill cycle invoice batches, including the pull of requested documents.

Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of invoices to customers, including follow-up on pulled or suppressed documents.

Complete new customer setups for invoicing.

Research and review inquiries from servicing teams; open tickets in a timely manner, if an issue is found.

Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales, iREC technical team, and any other departments.

Perform other related work as assigned by management.

What experience do you need   

Technical degree or at least 2 years of university studies, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.

English B2 or B2+

2-4  years working in a Billing or Accounting environment.

2-4 years Excel or Google Sheets in a fast-paced environment.
