**Position Overview** **Power Your Future with Qualus** as in our Field Engineering department as a Senior Billing Coordinator in Texas. You will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. **Responsibilities** + Review and verify accuracy of all invoices and purchase orders in ERP system and Excel + Prepare and process billing invoices and credit memos for clients within established timelines + Maintain accurate records of billing and invoicing activities + Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies + Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and escalate issues to internal management when necessary + Investigate, validate, and troubleshoot billing and invoicing issues **Qualifications** + 4+ years of experience in billing or accounting role + Experience working in construction, electric utility, oil & gas, or a related industry. + Experience working with billing software and accounting systems + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel + Experience working in an engineering or professional services firm preferred + Knowledge of project management methodologies preferred \#LI-AM2 **Company Overview** Qualus is a leading pure-play power services firm and innovator at the forefront of the energy transition and transformation, with differentiated capabilities across grid modernization, resiliency, security, and sustainability.
