We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) Consultant to lead the successful implementation of BIM processes across our global client projects. This role will ensure alignment with ISO 19650 standards, driving value by optimizing BIM strategies, enhancing project workflows, and improving outcomes through advanced BIM technologies. You will work collaboratively with supply chain partners, oversee the development and enforcement of BIM standards. Support efficient, informed decision-making for engineering and design solutions worldwide.
The Opportunity
• Oversee global BIM implementation and guide projects in evaluating options for maximizing return on investment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards in line with ISO 19650, ensuring alignment across projects.
• Manage vendor onboarding, assessing BIM competency and facilitating onboarding training for supply partners.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, track vendor performance, and ensure adherence to project goals and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate BIM execution plans with project goals, and implement 3D visuals to enhance decision-making.

Is this role right for you?
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in BIM, with a strong background in infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Bentley AECOsim, and Solibri Model Checker.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM best practices.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in both technical and non-technical environments.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-oriented approach with experience training and mentoring teams to uphold BIM standards.
