This role will contribute to innovation and continuous improvement with client activities in biospecimen collection, processing, and transfers. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to carry out biospecimen operational responsibilities with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a scientific background in life sciences, experience with clinical trials and LIMS, and expertise in Excel. Your Skills: + Client-focused approach to work + Proficiency or working knowledge of LIMS (laboratory information management system) + Advanced skills in Excel + Clinical trials experience + Data management experience + Expertise in MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint + Excellent oral and written communication in English + Organization, attention to detail and effective time management skills with an ability to adapt to changing priorities + Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills + Critical thinking + Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment and work independently when needed Your Profile: + Master’s Degree in scientific field or related discipline and 1+ year of project management, life science and/or clinical trial experienceORBachelor’s Degree in scientific field or related discipline and 4+ years of project management, life science and/or clinical trial experience + Sample handling experience.
