**What you will do**
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role your main responsibilities will be:
+ Collaborate with district promotion manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
+ Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections
+ Contribute to cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
+ Engage with peers and District Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge
+ Demonstrate an understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare trends in Saudi Arabia.
+ Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion
+ Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date.
+ Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen selling approaches to satisfy customers’ needs
+ Ensure implementation of Amgen SOPs with high quality
+ Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
+ Seek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customers
+ Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive own development

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor`s degree in pharmaceuticals sciences or clinical pharmacy (BPharm/PharmD)
+ Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job with track record of success demonstrating consistency of achieving results
+ Saudi national, based in Jeddah is a must
+ Experience in rare disease, specialty care or Biotechnology related field is preferred
+ Understanding of Saudi Arabia healthcare system and patient flow especially public Sector
+ Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
+ Strong written and verbal communication
+ Demonstrate time management skills in terms of prioritizing activities and completing work in a timely manner; meet deadlines
+ Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
+ Exposure to interactions with various fields and organizational levels
+ Exposure to project management principles
+ Demonstrated resilience in sophisticated environments
+ Demonstrated high learning agility
