You’ll take what they created and make it even better for those who come after you. **What about the role?** Senior Bonded Warehouse Specialist provides exceptional service within the International Logistics and Warehousing team, role is responsible for ensuring that the processes in the warehouse are carried out smoothly and correctly, and that accurate and complete documents and information. **What you will be doing?** + Ensuring stock-taking and control in bonded warehouse + Ensuring the correct execution and control of bonded warehouse activities + Ensuring that warehouse stock count results are transferred to the system and shared with relevant team. + Ensuring that products are stocked and controlled in accordance with bonded warehouse rules. + Supporting the operational processes carried out in the bonded warehouse. + Ensuring that the necessary work is carried out for optimum use of the storage areas in the bonded warehouse. + Analyzing and reporting loading/unloading activities in the bonded warehouse + To ensure that the requirements of Mey-Diageo Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental management systems are fulfilled in the bonded warehouse and that the relevant legal requirements are complied with, and to contribute to the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the systems. + Monitoring and executing the fixed asset and inventory destruction processes of the bonded warehouse. + Preparing and reporting the necessary plans for the transportation of products ready for import to sales warehouses. + Creating and reporting the necessary action plans to achieve the bonded warehouse KPIs and targets. **Top Accountabilities** + Analytical + Attention to details + Good time management + Competent in business planning and prioritization **What we are looking for** + Bachelor’s degree in related fields + Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience + Preferably with a minimum of 1-3 years in warehouse operation experience + Good command of MS Office and SAP Programs + Strong teamwork and time management skills with ability to multi-task + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, + Male candidates must have completed military service **Key Stakeholders** Bonded Warehouse Operators, Customs Brokers, Local suppliers, Head Office Project Team, Domestic Logistics and WHs team.
