What you need to bring to this role

Work across key areas of customer activation, advocacy, consumer activation and capabilities of brand knowledge

Collaborate closely with the commercial and marketing team to co-create the best plans, ensuring the right balance of consistency with customer needs to accelerate our brands.

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver exponential growth.

Exhibit strong creative judgment and flair, delivering precision marketing that collects the essence of each brand's positioning.

Build and maintain strong interpersonal networks within Diageo as well as with influencers, customers, and partners, improving the brand's reach and impact.

Use customer insights while implementing activation plans

Use sufficient metrics in order to identify key areas of focus, assess alternatives and accurate when needed
