Senior Brand and Customer Manager Vaccines HPV (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Developing and executing comprehensive and innovative marketing strategies for our HPV vaccine focusing on the private / out-of-pocket market (vaccine is not paid by government or sick funds)Driving marketing projects including analysis, strategy and business plan development, implementation of omnichannel campaigns, and budget managementCo-Creating digital and print material for intended target audience such as internal stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders, physicians and patientsCollaborating with sales teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations and other materialsWorking collaboratively with cross-functional teams, e.g., Policy, Communications, Digital to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company's goals and valuesMonitor industry trends and foster healthcare consumer engagements through partnerships to adjust marketing strategies as neededEnsuring all activities are driven by highest ethical and compliance standards

Qualifications

University Degree or above, preferably in business or marketing or life scienceDeep expertise in pharma marketing is a plus and a proven track record of successful marketing activities/ campaignsKnowledge of the overall Austrian healthcare system, in particular the vaccines business, and the role of the individual customer groups within the healthcare environmentExperience with key marketing metrics and tools and the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics to inform strategyAbility to understand & learn science and translate it into messagesStrong MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Veeva Promomats expertise is a plusStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through agile working principlesOutstanding communication skills – orally and written in German and English

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 59.200,-- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
