**The team you will be a part of**
The Brand Management team promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand.
**This role in summary**
This Senior Brand Manager will be the custodian of the KitchenAid brand across the EMEA region, responsible for our iconic range of small appliances, including stand mixers, blenders, food processors, espresso machines, and more. As a member of the EMEA leadership team, you will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to influence across a complex organization, motivate teams, and deliver exceptional results. You will lead a team of talented brand marketers with diverse expertise in brand management, marketing, and shopper marketing, and contribute actively to the leadership team by providing marketing insights and strategic recommendations. Experience in the consumer goods or appliance industry is highly valued.

**Your responsibilities will include**
+ **Develop and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing plans** that align with the overall regional strategy, collaborating closely with individual country teams to tailor plans to specific market needs and cultural nuances while maintaining brand consistency.
+ **Growth projects:** Lead and manage key growth projects, including new product launches, market expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships, to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets.
+ **Integrate the latest marketing trends and technologies:** Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends, digital innovations, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate them into brand strategies and campaigns to enhance effectiveness and reach target audiences in new and engaging ways.
+ **Continuity with master brand, global, and D2C:** Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, maintaining alignment with the master brand, global marketing initiatives, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
+ **Maximize return on investment (ROI) of marketing spend:** Manage marketing budgets effectively, analyze campaign performance, and optimize resource allocation to ensure the highest possible return on investment for all digital and traditional marketing activities.
+ **Manage agency relationships:** Oversee and direct the work of external agencies (e.g., advertising, PR, shopper), including contract negotiations and performance reviews, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and within budget, while effectively representing the KitchenAid brand.
+ **Champion regional needs and advocate for market-specific opportunities with the global brand team:** Serve as the voice of the EMEA region, effectively communicating market insights, trends, and challenges to the central brand team to influence global strategies and ensure alignment with regional priorities.
+ **Team coaching:** Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
**Minimum requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience across brand management, product marketing, shopper marketing, or related functions.
+ Proven experience leading and developing teams.
**Preferred skills and experiences**
+ MBA in business or a related field.
+ Experience in the small appliance or related consumer goods categories.
+ Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in brand building and market share growth.
+ Strong experience and knowledge in Digital marketing, PR and ideally POS activations
+ Data-driven decision maker, with an eye for improving marketing efficiency and measuring marketing effectiveness.
+ Experience managing marketing budgets and contributing to P&L performance.
+ Exceptional communicator, acting as the voice of the consumer at all times.
+ Excellent project management skills.
+ Proven ability to influence and drive results in a matrix organization.
+ Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
+ Dynamic leadership and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
+ Knowledge of specific EMEA market nuances is highly desirable.
+ Experience in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.

**Additional information**
Some business travel may be required for agency meetings, customer visits, industry events, etc. (Estimate percentage of travel < 10%). Travel will primarily be within the EMEA region.
