Senior Brand Communication Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Communications Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution, driving impactful word-of-mouth (WOM) for our brand among dynamic consumers. This role will focus on developing and implementing comprehensive social media content plans and campaigns that align with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute social media content strategies that enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement, with a strong emphasis on short-form video content.Campaign Management: Lead customer-focused social media campaigns to achieve business targets and drive measurable results.Insights and Analysis: Provide actionable insights on content and social media performance to help expand brand influence and strengthen connections with consumers.External Engagement: Represent the brand in collaborations with external partners, including key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers, to amplify our messaging.


Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. At least 5 years of relevant working experience, with a strong background in PR within the beauty or luxury goods related industry, has passion on beauty industry.Be familiar with social media platform like Douyin, Little Red Book, Weibo/Wechat. Good at Copywriting or video editing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated leadership abilities and a creative mindset, with a strong focus on teamwork.Proficient in English Writing and Speaking.
