Senior Brand Integration Specialist
Expedia Group’s Partner Marketing Team is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective partner marketing strategies and campaigns to reach, engage, and nurture our partners and prospects. Within this organization, the Brand & Creative team is responsible for cementing Expedia Group as the world’s leading travel tech platform and setting the strategic approach and execution for partner marketing campaigns.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sr. Brand Integration Specialist who can contribute to a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization. This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.
The role will work cross-functionally, bringing together teams from across Expedia Group from strategists, creatives, producers, integrated marketing and product marketing leads, brand leads, commercial, product and partners. A high degree of cross-collaboration across the organization is needed, and the successful candidate will excel at relationship building.
What you’ll do:
Contribute to the Expedia Group partner annual plan and communications to support major moments and always-on programs
Manage brand workstreams with support from our in-house creative studio and external agency partners
Drive communications for ensuring creative objectives are well defined and appropriately carried out
Partner with B2B growth marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, communications, and other internal collaborators to roll out key brand
Strategically contribute to the cross-functional team of partner brand leads, creatives, producers, and strategists in the planning and implementation of marketing communications priorities
Drive efforts related to partner brand unification, partnering closely with creative, program managers, internal comms, Sales Enablement and PMM on program rollout
Synthesize and socialize partner brand health metrics and insights
Author and review business/campaign briefs and creative briefs
Provide input to ensure campaign and creative deliverables are meeting objectives
Conduct brand audits to identify areas of improvement
Support agency and budget management at an annual and quarterly basis in partnership with production
Who you are:
You have 5+ years of relevant experience
An integrator, someone who can lead projects and motivate teams around a key idea
You have strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details
Someone with excellent written, visual storytelling and speaking skills who can communicate effectively, concisely, and tailor a message appropriately
You’re comfortable pitching ideas to senior members of the organization
Adept at using data to make appropriate decisions on trade-offs and prioritization
Someone who understands what makes great creative for a brand
Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with graphic design, visual identity, and creative concepts
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
