The Senior Brand Manager, Marsh McLennan, is responsible for driving initiatives to support the Marsh McLennan brand strategy and lead a team of brand management specialists. The Senior Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy that supports growth across Marsh McLennan. This position requires strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving and exceptional leadership skills to enhance our brand presence and drive marketing efforts.
This role reports to the Head of Brand and can be based in New York, NY or Chicago, IL.
We will count on you to:
Lead, manage and motivate team of three brand management specialists to support brand strategyBuild and enhance brand presence across various channels and platforms, including leading marketing efforts for cross-business initiatives and select eventsIdentify and implement innovative solutions (e.g., sponsorships, advertising) to enhance brand visibility and engagementCollaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementationOversee brand measurement strategy, execution and analysisBuild brand tracker to monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategy and positioningManage budgets and resources effectively to maximize brand impactWhat you need to have:
A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Design, Brand, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, AdvertisingA minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketingWhat makes you stand out:

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
