We are looking for an experienced and creative marketing leader to drive the continued growth and momentum behind our consumer loved brand, Gold Bond. Main Responsibilities:

Strategic leadership for the Gold Bond portfolio, ensuring aligned Where to Play and How to Win choices based on deep consumer insight and data analysis to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability in line with the CHC StrategyUncover new need states and consumer insights and develop new ideas to drive incremental, profitable growth across the Gold Bond portfolioManage the innovation process end to end, to develop new ideas and create learning plans, validate ideas and build strategic business to support pipeline strategyTranslate ideas into actionable target product profiles to brief cross-functional project teamDeliver innovation projects, on time, by leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholdersStrong communication and collaboration with Sales to drive strategy and influence retail partnerships and product sell inOversee new item forecasting, tracking and reportingWork with Portfolio Lead to ensure alignment of innovation roadmap with the brand strategy and support portfolio optimizationTalent management for 1 Associate marketer.Performs other duties as assigned.

About You

Post-bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent)- Area of specialization: MBA (or equivalent experience).5-7 years of relevant experience.Experience in brand marketing and developing strong consumer insight lead concepts to drive innovation; especially in OTC or FMCG; experience in Personal Care/Skincare Category preferredExperience with syndicated databases and ability to draw out product, category and competitive insights, with respect to making positioning/assortment/ pricing / distribution decisionsLeadership – skills to envision, engage, enable, and execute; ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needsCooperate transversally: collaboration and influence skills up-down-across organizations and cultures/geographiesAct for change – embrace change and innovation and initiate new & improved ways of workingDevelop people – takes responsibility for oneself and others in anticipation of future business needs.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrategic, integrative, and analytical thinkingCreativity and problem-solvingFlexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environmentStrong interpersonal skills
