Senior Brand Manager: Strategy & Integration

Job Description GOMO is looking for a bold and strategic Head of Strategy & Integration to drive our next wave of growth. This role is at the core of how GOMO wins — owning the full P&L, identifying growth opportunities, crafting both long- and short-term strategies, and ensuring that all brand activities work in sync.

You’ll connect commercial ambition with execution: translating user insights into strategic bets, orchestrating delivery across teams, and holding the organization accountable to results. If you thrive in turning complexity into clarity — and strategy into movement — this is the role for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and manage GOMO’s full P&L — from revenue growth to user-level performance

Identify high-impact segments and uncover data-driven insights to drive acquisition, usage, and monetization

Develop GOMO’s long-term strategic roadmap and short-term growth plans

Translate strategy into execution by aligning key brand, product, GTM, and CX initiatives

Run performance rhythms: growth reviews, dashboards, planning cadences, and initiative tracking

Work across Globe and partner teams to integrate enterprise-level innovations into GOMO

Ensure that all verticals (commercial, product, care, experience) are aligned to a unified brand goal

REQUIREMENTS

8–10 years in business strategy, product/growth operations, consulting, or commercial leadership

Strong financial and business acumen — experience with P&L or commercial planning required

Proven ability to turn user insights and data into actionable strategic direction

Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams

Strong communication and organizational leadership skills

Bonus: Exposure to telco, tech, or digital-first consumer brands
