We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the brand marketing efforts at our home office, ensuring that Tri Pointe Homes’ brand positioning and messaging resonate across all touchpoints. You will work closely with the National VP of Marketing and other key stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive revenue, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen our reputation in the market. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the brand narrative, ensuring that our marketing campaigns and programs align with the company’s strategic goals and values. You will be a key leader in our marketing department, overseeing a team of talented brand marketers and collaborating with division marketing leaders to deliver impactful and cohesive brand experiences. This position requires a strong executor with a passion for brand management and a proven track record of success in B2C marketing. Position Highlights: The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the home office brand marketing team. You will optimize brand positioning and awareness, drive revenue through national brand marketing campaigns and programs, and deliver outstanding customer experiences that enhance Tri Pointe Homes’ market share. This role involves a blend of creative vision, analytical thinking, strong execution and hands-on management to ensure that the brand’s messaging is consistent, compelling, and effective across all channels. Position Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, training, and development of a high-performing brand marketing team focused on brand positioning, lead generation, customer experience, and reputation management. Foster a positive, achievement-oriented work culture that aligns with Tri Pointe Homes’ values, vision, and leadership competencies. Ensure compliance with marketing and legal policies, internal controls, and best practices across all brand marketing activities. Oversee the creation and delivery of brand marketing training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance the skills and capabilities of both home office and division marketing team members. Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports, setting clear performance goals and offering constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. In collaboration with the National VP of Marketing, develop and execute integrated brand marketing programs, advertising campaigns, and promotions that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Lead the development of brand marketing assets, including templates and content for digital, print, and retail applications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s positioning, identity and voice. Monitor and analyze the performance of brand marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize return on investment and enhance campaign effectiveness. In collaboration with the National VP of Marketing, cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with influencers and relevant organizations to enhance brand reputation, develop joint marketing programs and expand marketing reach. Drive the consumer-driven vision of the brand, ensuring that all marketing touchpoints, from national campaigns to local community experiences, reflect Tri Pointe Homes’ premium lifestyle brand. Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that brand communications are aligned with customer needs and preferences. Maintain strong relationships with key marketing agencies (brand, PR, advertising, social media), vendors, influencers and partners to ensure the successful and timely execution of brand marketing initiatives. Collaborate with members of the digital marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams, to bring a deep understanding of Tri Pointe Homes’ markets, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to the forefront of brand marketing efforts. Periodically evaluate the execution of brand marketing initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations to ensure continuous evolution and improvement in brand and customer experience. Communicate regularly with senior management, keeping them informed of brand marketing opportunities, challenges, progress, and support needs. Study consumer research reports, market trends, and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities for brand marketing innovation and growth. Stay abreast of B2C brand marketing best practices, competitive activities, and industry developments, applying insights to enhance Tri Pointe Homes’ brand strategy and execution. Prepare detailed forecasts, reports, and presentations on brand marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of key metrics and business indicators, using this knowledge to drive strategic decisions and improve overall marketing effectiveness. Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in marketing or branding is a plus. Minimum 7 years of experience in B2C brand marketing, with a preference for experience in the real estate, homebuilding, or related industries. Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful brand marketing teams. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop and execute brand marketing strategies in a fast-moving environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. Expert skills in brand marketing strategy, brand identity, content development, graphic design, copywriting, asset production and execution across both digital and physical channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and marketing project management tools like Asana. Ability to prepare and deliver clear, persuasive brand marketing presentations and coach others in doing the same. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed marketing decisions. Passion for brand building and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to consistently set and meet goals and deadlines, both individually and as part of a team. Physical & Environmental Requirements: The position requires a mix of office-based work and field visits, including sitting, walking, standing, and occasional project site surveying. Occasional travel by car or plane to visit division offices, new home communities, or attend conferences and seminars (approximately 5-10% of the time). The role may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, wet, dry, and dusty conditions, depending on the weather and stage of production at project sites. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $98,600-131,600 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
