Job Description

We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead the product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management within the pharmaceutical industry. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving brand growth, developing and executing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for unique products to drive market share and revenue growth.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions in alignment with company goals.

Marketing Planning and Execution:

Create and execute integrated marketing plans, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Coordinate with sales teams to develop tools and training materials supporting brand initiatives.Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand presence and market penetration.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyse marketing initiatives' brand performance metrics, market share, and ROI.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on brand performance and market dynamics.Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights and market feedback.Compliance and Ethical Standards:Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 5-7 years of brand management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on hospital treatment, is required.Proven track record of successful brand launches and lifecycle management.Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Skills:

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
