This role encompasses the comprehensive management of Burt’s Bees Canada, including overseeing brand P&L, launching innovative products, and supporting the development of strategic brand plans. **In this role, you will:** **Role & Responsibilities:** As a **Senior Brand Manager** , you will support cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated positioning strategies that commercialize new products and maximize brand exposure. This role encompasses the comprehensive management of Burt’s Bees Canada, including overseeing brand P&L, launching innovative products, and supporting the development of strategic brand plans. Key responsibilities include: + **Marketing Management** : Oversee the omni marketing strategy for Burt’s Bees Canada. + **Brand P&L Management** : Ensure financial performance aligns with company goals. + **Cultivate and maintain** strong, collaborative relationships with US brand counterparts to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches. + **Innovation Launches** : Drive the introduction of new and exciting products. following the commercialization process + **Communicate S&OP plans and updates** to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic business decision. Support the end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels. + **Manage Agency Relationships** : Oversee and coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy and successful execution of marketing campaigns. + **Market Research** : Lead/support marketing research initiatives to inform strategy. + **Consumer/Customer Communication** : Manage/support all consumer and customer communications. + **Direct Report** : Associate Marketing Manager reports into this role.
