Develop a media plan in line with brand strategy Understand the external context and closely interact with key external stakeholders in order to identify consumer insights and execute plans Interact closely with external media and creative agencies to ensure clear understanding and implementation of marketing plans Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 7+ years’ experience in (consumer) marketing Ability to conceive, develop, and execute multi-dimensional consumer marketing and/or business plans Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups Have a strong governance mindset to assess potential risks for the performance and ensure a solid mitigation plan and performance tracking in place. Preferred qualifications Experience of leading campaign targeting consumers is highly preferred Experience in consumer marketing in healthcare, pharma or related industry (consumer healthcare, cosmetic health, supplement, digital health) as brand/product manager Knowledge of Korea vaccine market dynamics and characteristics Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively with key stake holders Ability to work in a complex and regulated environment *LI-GSK Why GSK?
