Senior Brand Manager - Lux Skin Cleansing/资深品牌经理 – 力士身体清洁品类
Business Context and Main Challenges of the Job:

- The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is the owner of the Brand/Product Line in the National Business Unit.

- Leads the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan, within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals.

- Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans.

- Participates in various cross-functional teams – CSP, MEDIA, CMI, FINANCE, BG Mkt Teams and externally with local support agencies such as PR, sponsorship, activation and channel.

Main Accountabilities:

BRANDVISION PLAN (BVP) : Takes the BVP and translates it into the BMP.

BRAND MARKETING PLAN:

Leads integrated Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment:

Brand audit, Jobs to be done, 8Qactivity plans, Scorecards & in-market pricing.Proposes brand activity and measurable objectives

- Responsible for the brand P&L & help drive profitability of the brand.

- With Customer Development, sets national level brand KPI’s and channel marketing strategy and identify relevant in-store solutions.

- Engage with key customers alongside CSP & CBD.

- Leads the development of draft and final channel plans

- Activates campaign ideas in the national market

- Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.

- Responsible for Brand Communications: Checking translation of advertising into local language and adaptation to comply with local regulations, Activation advertising/tactical local copy, allocation of media budget within AP parameters, PR & Sponsorship.

- Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P’s) Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.

- Helps coaching of Brand Building Assistant Manager in Brand Building skills and competencies

Experience required:

- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Brand Building/Development and/or Customer Development.

- Business planning and implementation experience as well as project management.

- Lead teams and maturity to managing stakeholders
