Position Overview

Sr. Brand Manager/ Brand Manager, reporting to the associate director marketing-DBU of Lilly Taiwan affiliate, will co-work with the other Sr. Brand Manager to prepare for a new product launch in T2D/Obesity therapeutic are and for marketing execution post launch.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the marketing strategy for a new pharmaceutical product targeting T2D/obesity.Develop and execute the marketing strategy for a new pharmaceutical product targeting T2D/obesity.Create and implement comprehensive plans to enhance patient adherence to our medications, including educational programs, support tools, and communication campaigns.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including educators, pharmacists, nutritionists, and other stakeholders to understand patient needs and develop targeted initiatives to support adherence.Build a patient support eco-system, including patient support program, content, and platform to create an exceptional user experience.Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups within the T2D/obesity therapeutic area.Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and aboveOver 2 years of Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industryFluent in English communication

Additional Skills/Preferences

MBA or graduate degreeSelf-pay experience is a plus.Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.Leadership skills (particularly in cross-functional collaboration, decision making and leading without authority).Ability to thrive in a high pressure and ambiguous environment.Superior analytical, planning and organizing skills.Must be able to inspire, engage and lead a diverse group of people across multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and customer groups.Must have demonstrated the ability to develop strategic plans from vision to implementation with success.
