We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager for our Paediatric portfolio to make a significant impact on the Metabolics and Allergy community across ANZ through a patient-centric approach. In this permanent position, you will manage a large and profitable portfolio that is critical for the region, ensuring its continued growth and success. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Strategy & Marketing: Lead the development of strategy and annual business plans for the Pediatric specialty portfolio (Allergy and Metabolic), collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. Drive digital transformation, plan and evaluate marketing initiatives, and work with Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory teams to develop tailored communication strategies.Team Management: Manage and develop a team of three, define roles and KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams for Metabolic and Allergy to ensure stakeholder alignment and clear execution of initiatives.Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage internal and external teams to deliver on budget and brand plans, foster collaboration across functions, and maintain a strong track record of negotiating with diverse stakeholders.Innovation: Develop and execute the innovation pipeline, collaborating with local and global colleagues as needed.Financial: Lead the pricing strategy and manage the A&P budget, ensuring effective investment and ROI, while developing business cases for new projects in collaboration with Finance, Customer, and Medical teams.Sales: Lead and coach the Metabolic Sales Specialist to achieve sales targets, while ensuring seamless strategy execution by collaborating with Category teams, sales managers, and retailer partners like Pharmacy and Grocery.Forecasting: Collaborate with supply and demand planning teams to develop forecasts and identify associated risks and opportunities.

Ideally you will have:
A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.A minimum of 6 years of experience in Brand/Marketing management within the pharmaceutical, medical, or FMCG sectors.A proven track record in healthcare marketing, with extensive experience in brand planning, innovation, cross-functional leadership, people management, and digital marketing.A growth mindset, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships, and effectively translate vision into actionable plans.Strong organizational, leadership and project management skills.The ability to take initiative, prioritise tasks, and actAt Danone, we aim to inspire healthier and more sustainable eating and drinking practices, in line with our Vision - Danone, One Planet.
