Senior Brand Manager Personal care

Unilever is currently looking for Senior Brand Manager Personal care.

Role reports to Marketing & Media Lead Personal Care Poland (Dove, Rexona, Axe, Dove Men+care).

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Co-creating and executing marketing strategy business

Be the owner of media campaigns & agenda

Delivering and managing full P&L

Delivering market share winning plan

Building penetration of Unilever brands

Delivering plans to grow categories with trade partner’s respective teams – consumption growth, trade up

Build Brand Strength across the marketing funnel and key attributes of brands

Manage high complexity portfolio

Own the Strategic Pricing for all brands & formats

Deliver the best assets based on global productions (adaptation) for Polish consumer and shopper

Deliver the best assets (local production) for Polish consumer and shopper

Make sure that marketing activities address key consumer and shopper trends

Keep up to date with trends in consumer & shopper behaviour and media consumption and solutions

Co-create & improve media plans for higher impact of the communication

Make sure our brands have best content to drive sales in ecom and omnichannel

Work on the monthly Sales and Operational Planning

Create the yearly Integrated Business Plan – P&L and activities

Create & manage complex network of external partners to deliver the result in lean team (creative agencies, media agencies, R&D partners, CSP partners, Digital Media Commerce partners)

Drive the change in ways of working and mindset across the Personal Care team and wider organization

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

6 years of experience in marketing in FMCG company

P&L management proficiency

Proven track record of extraordinary business and marketing results

Experience in delivering best class campaigns & assets: adaptations & local production

Experience in managing high complexity portfolio

Experience in managing cross-functional teams – internally & externally (Creative Agencies, Media Agency, PR Agency)

English and Polish proficiency written and spoken
