Senior Brand Marketing & Communications Advisor - 12 month contract

This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne

The Senior Brand, Marketing & Communications Advisor will lead brand, marketing and communications for the Health, Education & Research and Precincts industries as part of our Australia Community & Place portfolio; and will help win, retain and grow business through creating engaging and impactful marketing and communications campaigns and content.

A vital part of an innovative, creative and high performing Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team, you will deliver integrated marketing communications programs aligned to Aurecon’s strategy.

This will include:

Driving brand awareness and consideration through go-to-market plans and key messages that differentiate Aurecon and support winning work.Designing and executing strong multi-channel content marketing campaigns to showcase Aurecon’s market credentials, capability, expertise and eminence.  This may include face-to-face and online engagement with key clients and decision-makers, events, conferences, seminars and workshops.Bringing together relevant capability, expertise and insight on campaigns and thought leadership to support strategic themes and growth initiatives.Capturing materials/assets, managing deliverables and promoting eminent people and projects through web, social media, conferences, events, strategic memberships and publications including negotiating leveraging activity and pitching to trade/industry mediaDriving collaborative behaviours and best practice with key stakeholders across Market, Industry, Region, Work Winning and BMC to deliver outstanding client experiencesSupporting Clients & Markets BMC strategy and campaigns

Demonstrated experience in marketing and/or business development roles which has included accountability for development and delivery of strategic programmes and management of key stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work independently and as part of a team to drive outcomes.Ability to proactively develop strategy and deliver to goals and deadlines.Excellent written and personal communication skills, with a track record in successfully executing omni-channel content marketing campaigns.Agility in straddling strategic planning and execution with hands-on operational responsibilities.Experience developing content that translates technical concepts and brings together multiple themes and capabilities.Understanding of brand and passion for storytelling in both words and visuals.Excellent project management skills.Resilient individual who is effective in engaging with stakeholders and working with virtual teams across multiple offices and countries to achieve outcomes.Demonstrated ability to work effectively and respectfully with diverse teams through collaboration and communication. Experience in working in a fast-paced and complex environment.Attention to detail and ability to meet multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.Advanced MS Office skills.Professional services and industry experience, ideally related to the built environment sector, is preferred
