Senior Brand Operations Manager, Hotels.com
The Traveler Business Team has a mission to deliver the most convenient, rewarding, and memorable ways for people to travel and explore the world. This division has responsibility to build and drive the growth of our global consumer business across our Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo, and Portfolio brands, and across all our lines of businesses including Hotels, Vacation Rentals, Air, Car, Packages, and Insurtech.

You will be joining the team responsible for the P&L, capital allocation decisions, long-term brand strategy and traveler experience for Hotels.com. This team works cross-functionally to drive the brand's growth and ensure that travelers are choosing us to book their trips and make everlasting memories.

As a Senior Brand Operations Manager you will be responsible for bringing the Hotels.com brand initiatives to life and enhancing our customers' experiences. As a high-performing and influential individual contributor, you will consistently apply, and regularly enhance, the brand marketing capabilities, principles and playbooks to create a brand our customers love, and bring a customer-centric approach to tackle the most complex business challenges and opportunities

In this role you will:
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies that align with Hotels.com’s goals, driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Enhance customer experiences by analyzing feedback and implementing strategies to improve top customer treatment across a wide variety of touch points.
Develop and execute audience targeting strategies to ensure campaigns are personalized and impactful, supporting key business objectives.
Mentor more junior colleagues across a range of areas
Interface regularly with executive (VP+) leadership
Deep-dive into consumer data and partner with analytics to propose and set key strategies
Enhance the value proposition and ensure consumer communications are reflective of the brand standard
Experience and qualifications:
You have 7+ years of experience spanning consumer analytics and strategic planning
You possess a strong operations background and excel at bridging strategic vision and tactical execution
You can demonstrate a clear ability to lead test-and-learn initiatives, analyze results, and translate findings into actionable improvements
You have strong analytical and communication skills, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights and aligning diverse stakeholders
You bring a track record of managing multiple, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
You have a natural ability to communicate effectively, concisely, and in a way that is tailored to the audience
The total cash range for this position in New York City is $155,500 to $218,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $249,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000 to $217,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Dallas is $146,000 to $204,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
