Senior Broker, Multinational Hub
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a highly motivated, professional and fast-growing broking team within the Multinational Client Servicing division of Marsh Singapore. Sitting within the Risk Management segment, this unique and specialist team provides APAC client servicing for Marsh’s largest multinational clients. You will gain exposure of working with global clients, in addition to colleagues across Marsh’s entire international network, and work to ensure seamless client servicing delivery from Marsh Teams in APAC.

Whilst continuing to develop and enhance existing skills at client service and broking within the Multinational segment, you will also get access to colleague resource groups across the globe that provides mentorship and development opportunities to help you build a sense of connection and community throughout your career

We will count on you to:

Multinational Client Servicing - Asia Hub coordination: Working with Producing offices and local Marsh offices across geographies to support global clients' operations in APAC regionDeliver prompt and accurate processing of clients’ insurance requests and ensure client servicing overallSpecialty Engagement & Placement - Work and support major insurance renewals. This includes but not limited to pre-renewal data gathering, renewal discussions and post-renewal activities such as policy documentation, training support.Digital tools implementation and adoption with our clients. Partner closely with internal teams to support with both internal team and external clients’ adoption of Marsh systems and toolsImplement action plans, monitor progress, assure service meets or exceeds client expectations, and protect the firm from Errors & Omissions.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experiences within the general insurance industry.Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage
