We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client & Customer Service team at Marsh. This role is be based in Singapore.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Assists more senior Placement colleagues with analytics and evaluating clients' insurance programs to better serve clients
Begins to cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
Assists more senior Placement during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under direct supervision.
Drafts proposal components that help more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.
Participates in all aspects of the TRAC Associate program, year one.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with insurance industry experience of minimally 3-5 years.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with people and communication skills, a problem solver with ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change.
