Your key responsibilities

Process Analysis and Improvement:

Facilitate timeline and budget estimates; facilitate in preparation of business case. Set up project governance and project team. Support Product Increment (PI) planning and review.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

Gather and define user stories and create a backlog (including functional, non-functional, legal and operational requirements) for T24.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with business leads to identify needs for Core Banking. Work with Business Sponsor to ensure operational readiness of business after project go-live. Communicate key changes and workarounds to clients and users. Design and execute training plan.

Solution Design and Implementation:

Drive transformation by running or supporting the implementation, communication and training. Drive coordination of key initiatives to enable consistency in the product roadmap. Examine project progress and maintain project plan. Identify, track and resolve risks and issues that may arise during the lifecycle of the project; proactively propose mitigating actions. Ensures that all deliverables are provided on-time and on-quality by institutionalizing appropriate quality checks.

Continuous Improvement and Performance Monitoring:

Coordinate preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing and User sign-off. Issue regular & accurate project status reports and institute progress meetings to keep stakeholders informed.

 

Skills and attributes for success

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach. Ability to drive and demonstrate strong end-product orientation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage large cross-functional project teams. Proven ability to interact with functional management at all levels.

 

To qualify for the role you must have 

Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking. 8+ years’ experience with agile delivery approaches (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), ideally working experience as a product owner or similar role. Experience in working with T24 (preferred) or any core banking platform. Thorough understanding of private banking operations and good understanding of core processes such as advisory and investment management and the typical PB product landscape. Strong expertise in digital products and services in Private Banking (e.g. Digital Advisory). Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering. Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement assertiveness. Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools and processes.
