Our common and preferred stocks trade on the New York Stock Exchange. **Job Description** Public Storage is seeking a strategic, analytically driven Senior Business Analyst to join our high-impact Digital Delivery Team. This role is instrumental in bridging business needs with technology solutions, particularly in the context of enterprise FinTech and AI-driven innovation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, critical thinking capabilities, and a passion for solving complex problems through data and emerging technologies. Responsibilities: + **Lead Requirements Analysis:** Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions, uncover root causes, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. + **AI & Data-Driven Projects:** Partner with data science and engineering teams to define business use cases for AI/ML initiatives, such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and customer behavior modeling. Translate business needs into data requirements and evaluate model outputs for business relevance. + **Drive Analytical Rigor:** Leverage data and analytical tools to evaluate business processes, identify trends, and support decision-making. Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform product and delivery strategies. + **Model and Visualize Processes:** Create detailed process flows, use cases, and data models to clearly communicate requirements and system interactions across the SDLC. + **Enhance Delivery Efficiency:** Identify and implement process improvements that streamline requirement gathering, validation, and handoff to engineering teams. + **Governance and Documentation:** Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and artifacts to support traceability, compliance, and continuous improvement. + **Project Coordination:** Manage multiple priorities and timelines, ensuring key milestones are met and stakeholder expectations are proactively managed. **Qualifications** + 6+ years of experience in business analysis, product strategy, or digital transformation, preferably in a FinTech or enterprise technology environment. + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority. + Experience working on complex projects from a business perspective (e.g., defining use cases, evaluating outcomes, supporting adoption). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Education and Certifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). + Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable. + Exposure to or certification in AI is a plus. **Additional Information** **Workplace** + One of our values pillars is to work as OneTeam and we believe that there is no replacement for in-person collaboration but understand the value of some flexibility.
