This individual will be a part of the Development group within the Digital Engineering Solutions team. Their responsibilities will include ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable strategies and changes that are in accordance with business objectives and customer requirements, and that processes are optimized to facilitate the delivery of projects. Additionally, they will be responsible for making strategic decisions. As a member of the Digital Engineering Solutions team, the Development group will also engage in research and development and provide guidance and oversight to the AEC practices at CDM Smith, engaging in new product research, testing, and the incubation of innovative ideas that arise from around the company. The ideal candidate should possess an extensive background in Analyzing business processes, communicating with stakeholders, providing recommendations, identifying areas for improvement, along with a commitment to continuous advancement and interest that drives measurable results.
