About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Conga Administrator to support our global organization by driving the optimization, governance, and continuous enhancement of our Conga CLM/CPQ platform. This individual will serve as a hands-on technical expert while also consulting on CLM/CPQ best practices to both business and technical teams. The ideal candidate has a transformational mindset and excels at delivering scalable, future-ready solutions. What You’ll Do

Own the technical direction and success of our Conga CLM/CPQ & NetSuite environment. Administer and configure Conga CLM/CPQ (product catalogs, pricing, discounting, approvals, user access). Oversee system upgrades, release cycles, and enhancements with minimal business disruption. Experience in Implementing and managing ERP environments such as Oracle Cloud, NetSuite etc. Provide CLM/CPQ guidance and best practices, partnering with stakeholders to design scalable solutions. Identify and eliminate technical debt, collaborating with IT and development teams to optimize system performance and data integrity. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, coordinate across global teams. Maintain system documentation, implement governance processes, and manage release schedules. Train and mentor end-users; ensure widespread adoption and continuous improvement. Support day-to-day troubleshooting and coordinate effectively across time zones.

Qualifications/Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of CLM/CPQ experience, with at least 3 focused on Conga (Apttus), CLM/CPQ in a global enterprise. Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Proven track record of delivering CPQ best practices, managing technical debt, and designing scalable solutions. Excellent communication skills and experience working with global, cross-functional teams. Conga CPQ or Salesforce certifications preferred. Agile/Scrum experience a plus.
