Senior Business Analyst, Transformation and Change Management

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-focused agent of change to join the Business Transformation Team to drive the end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives to achieve our client change agenda.  The Business Transformation team plays a critical role executing our strategy to deliver a best-in-class client experience for Global Client Services (GCS) and the broader Global Client Group (GCG). To help our group achieve our strategy, the Senior Business Analyst will work with leaders across GCS to implement complex initiatives, such as delivering industry leading digital client offerings and modernizing our client deliverables to reflect evolving industry needs. All our strategic initiatives are cross-functional and rely heavily on technology development, requiring a change manager with a solutions mindset that can effectively capture critical business requirements and bring together groups across the organization to deliver on our objectives. The role will have the opportunity to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from understanding the voice of the client, gathering requirements, testing, and implementation. The role will require a combination of generalist skill sets while becoming an expert on the specific client experience initiatives, as well as the underlying data domains that support the Asset Management industry (e.g., product, portfolio, and client).


Key Responsibilities and Duties

Support the delivery of strategic efforts to enhance our client experience.Work closely with the subject matter experts in GCS to gather, document, and refine requirements in our strategic initiatives. Post implementation, we will need to create a strong feedback loop to ensure our execution met desired objectives.Identify opportunities for future enhancements to improve the client experience, and work with your team leadership to draft business cases to acquire necessary investment and buy-in.Transform our data infrastructure across private market and public market offerings to improve accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables. Examples include:Reduce delivery timeframes for product profile submissions by automating report generation, helping to improve distribution effortsEnhance the client experience by offering real-time data dashboarding capabilities to help inform investors of their portfolio exposures and opportunitiesSupport enhancements for leading client-facing portals. Specific activities include:Enhance our advisor portal: enabling financial advisors and their teams to request proposals, review investment performance dashboards, and submit service requests.Working with business partners to finalize requirements for key functionality of the institutional client portal, including electronic ‘smart forms’ for onboarding.Integrating recently acquired business lines into our client portals to ensure a seamless client experience around document access, data dashboards, and client request/inquiry functionality.

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management or Digital Transformation roles within the Financial Services/Asset Management IndustryBachelor’s DegreeAbility to solve complex problems involving multiple functions and technologiesDeep knowledge and experience supporting complex investment products for a global firmHighly effective interpersonal skills with proven ability to liaise with all levels of staff, management, and external constituentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and manage several items simultaneously in a timely and organized manner, with keen attention to detail and confidentialityAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project)

Base Pay Range: $91,900/yr. - $165,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
