We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our ever evolving our Customer Reporting and Analytics Product Team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Customer Reporting and Analytics Product Team-Focusing on serving and empowering SMBs through data feeds to our Worldpay Dashboard Portal, whilst also providing crucial data to support internal teams such as accounting, data analytics and revenue assurance.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our data feeds platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan and deliver features that optimize the merchant experience whilst also meeting the needs of internal stakeholders

What you will own

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product owners and stakeholders, and being the key point of contact for business requirements analysis.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, product owners, and architects.

Building a strong understanding of the requirements doing the feature analysis and provide design and documents to the team for development.

Capture business requirements, work on user stories and support delivery throughout the development cycles.

Understand the data flown and integrations with upstream and downstream systems and understand the impact of changes in the integrated systems.

Support the engineering team throughout planning and team ceremonies.

Where you'll own it

You will own it in our Vibrant Office Locations as Bangalore/Pune/Indore hubs.

What you bring:

Must Have Skills

Experience in Software development methodologies and best practices.Experience in Agile Development and expertise in Scrum process, preferable SAFe.Demonstrable experience of having delivered digital products and services.Great interpersonal and communications skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.The ability to be able to communicate business requirements into technical teams and vice versa.Being a team player is critical given the often-remote location of development resources.Ability to adapt to and embrace frequent change with a positive attitude.A self-starter with a can-do attitude that can operate with minimal direct/daily supervision.Strong data analysis skills.Basic SQL skills

Understanding of Pricing, Billing, and accounting principles.

SAFE training and experience.

Experience using Jira, Rally and/ or Miro.

Experience collaborating with virtual and global distributed teams.
