About the Role
Responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion while also performing business analysis to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs. This hybrid role ensures strategic alignment, effective delivery, and continuous improvement across business and technology initiatives.-Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct business analysis to gather and document requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate solutions.
- Support testing and user acceptance activities.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
