You will explain and advise on work at different levels depending on the audience. You build and maintain relationships within the organization in support of our strategic goals and objectives.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g., Salesforce.com), preferably in support of Sales TeamsYour experience includes executing day to day Salesforce.com and CRM custom mobile platform tasks including monitoring work queues, user issues, and user access.Your experience includes understanding the user’s journey and partnering with internal business teams to become an expert in their business, processes, challenges, and opportunities to design, influence, change, and/or enhance business processes.Your experience includes providing in depth analysis and recommendations on business problems.You have a keen ability in collaborating with stakeholders and cross functional teams to make key decisions to deliver on strategic objectives.You have experience in applying your strong influencing skills to get group decisions while effectively managing/participating in cross functional working teams and ensure alignment, agreement, and advancement. Your expertise will help with the transitioning and onboarding of operational teams as we transition from program mode to operations mode. Investment Management experience a plus.Salesforce Certified Administrator a plus.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $92,423-$147,877
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
