ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Eliciting and documenting 3rd party to SAP via EDI to enable company to receive/send EDI data with our customers. EDI documents include: inbound Customer Purchase Order (850), outbound Customer Purchase Order Acknowledgement (855), outbound Advance Shipment Notifications (856), outbound Customer Invoices (810), and inbound Remittance Advice (820).Understanding old and new conversion data (e.g., Master Data: Customers, Products Cross References (e.g., Store Cross Reference, Item Cross Reference) is a plus.Collaborating with the project stakeholders to analyze the: needs, processes, and data mapping requirements to be developed by the technical team.Facilitate User Acceptance testing to ensure the software has been implemented based on the specifications.Responsible for completing assignments with the ability to work on 1-3 projects.
