Summary/Objective

Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

 

Essential Functions

1.    Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

2.    Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

3.    Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

4.    Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

5.    Performing requirements analysis.

6.    Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

7.    Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

8.    Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

9.    Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

10.  Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

11.  Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

12.  Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

13.  Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

14.  Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

15.  Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

16.  Managing competing resources and priorities.

17.  Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

 

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

Travel
No travel is expected for this position.

 

Required Education and Experience

1.     4 year degree

2.     3 – 5 years history of leading and supporting successful projects.
