Fujitsu is looking for a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst to join an application maintenance services team to perform business analyst duties for ongoing application development and support. This is a great opportunity for someone with significant experience working in a customer facing role to gather, document and work with development teams to implement the application changes as requested. The individual must have a strong background in working directly with customers, documenting business requirements, functional testing and liaising with developers to support implementing the design. You will be entrusted with the following: + Must be capable of big picture thinking to analyze beyond the immediate solution and identify all impacts and risks. + Must be able to consult business clients talking in business terms and translate that into requirements for the development team. + Interacting with business clients to gather their business and technical requirements, including planning, scheduling, and leading workshops when necessary. + Documenting requirements to obtain approval from business clients. + Analyze requirements to provide solutions satisfactory to the client, considering established standards and guidelines. + Provide estimates for document and testing requirements. + Translating business requirements into Functional Specifications (Use Cases). + Performing functional testing including creating test plans of application and business functions. + Ensure solution is viable and cohesive with existing applications. + Liaise with developers to support implementing the design.
