Principal responsibilities

Provide analysis, definition and communication of business and system requirements, perform testing on the system deliverables to ensure the acceptance level for users, and provide business analysis in QTrack.Responsible to create user stories and prepare acceptance criteria also define definition of done.Support business and QTrack users on QTrack usage and to be the primary support interface between those users of systems, application developers, and IT production support staffs.Provide show tell / Training / Demo and prepare user guide, provide consultancy to local operation teams on system enhancement to streamline their efficiency and improve quality.
