Job Description -Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document detailed business requirements for healthcare-related systems and processes. -Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. -Develop complex SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and system integration. -Utilize Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support decision-making. -Leverage Python for automation to streamline processes. -Interface with QNXT system to analyze, document, and optimize health plan-related workflows (a plus). -Knowledge of the health plan industry, including claims processing, member management, and compliance requirements. -Pay rate between $40-$65/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements -FULLY REMOTE in approved States: AL, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MN, NC, NE, NH, ND, NV, OK, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI or WY. -Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. -7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on technical analysis -Expertise in SQL for complex queries, reporting, and data analysis. -Proficiency with advanced Excel functions -Proven ability to gather and define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. -Comfortable training and mentoring junior BA's -Experience working with a claims platform (Ideally QNXT but if not Facets) -Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting tasks. -Familiarity with QNXT, a healthcare claims management system (highly preferred). null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
