Job Description: The Right of Way Workflow Tracking System project needs a full time expert level Senior Business Analyst to perform business analysis responsibilities from Business Concept through Implementation. These responsibilities include requirements gathering and management, test planning and test execution management, development of other key project deliverables and project management support.
