The Senior Business Analyst will lead and drive key operational initiatives at Manulife. This role will involve a deeper engagement with organizational strategy, acting as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions. The successful candidate will not only analyze and improve complex business processes but also mentor junior analysts and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Responsibilities:
