Real Estate / Facilities (REF) provides support for office needs including leasing, space planning, rent payment, construction, property management, and furniture and move coordination. REF also manages the parking and fitness center management for the Cincinnati Campus.​​

The Real Estate/Facilities (REF) team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This individual will work a hybrid schedule with three days in the Cincinnati office.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Manage data feeds and integrations within the company - IT vault, Workday, etc.Manage user security levels within systems.Develop & manage processes for users to ensure data accuracy within systems.Manage multiple REF systems to support the department and building operation.

Job Requirements

Experience: Experience in Oracle – BI (OBI EE)Experience in database support - MS AccessAbility to create custom reports within Visualizer

This job is non-exempt in California.
