Responsibilities\n\n Reviewing operational metric results and customer satisfaction results to identify trends in performance.\n Communicating analysis in a way that business stakeholders understand\n Utilizing tools such as excel, crosstabs, Power BI, Tableau, or other tools to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.\n Interpreting the data to tell a story that answers business questions; looks for the so-what behind the numbers\n Identifying proactively performance gaps and analytic focus and manages deliverable schedules; meets delivery timelines.\n Coordinating data collection, cleansing, and merging of data from separate streams\n Leading root cause exercises, including data slicing, transcript reviews, verbatim analysis, round tables, and process documentation.\n Engaging key stakeholders in Operations, Quality, and Training to uncover process gaps impacting key metrics\n Assisting in developing, executing, and evaluating operational changes aimed at improving results.\nRequirements\n\n Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with two-three years related experience.\n Demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.\n Project Management experience required.\n Possess Employ project management skills to plan, execute and monitor projects effectively.\n Be able to work with minimal supervision while utilizing appropriate resources to accomplish tasks.\n Communicate effectively both in writing and orally and collaborate with all levels of management.\n Have expertise in contact centers and customer satisfaction to provide outstanding service.\nFlexible Working\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $70k-90k annually.
