Principal responsibilities

Programmes Planning and Management:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed programmes plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates.Manage programmes timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all are met according to plan.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.Facilitate regular programmes meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders effectively.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.Develop contingency plans to manage project risks and ensure successful project delivery.

Resource Management:

Coordinate and manage programme resources, including team members, contractors, and external vendors.Ensure adequate resource allocation and resolve any resource conflicts or issues.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure programme deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.Implement best practices and standards in programme management and software development.

Budget Management:

Monitor and control programme budgets, ensuring expenses are tracked and remain within approved limits.Prepare and present programme financial reports to senior management.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management.
