What is the Opportunity?
The Enterprise Risk Governance & Reporting team under the Enterprise Risk Management is hiring a Senior Business Analyst. Working closely with the business and report owners, the Senior Business Analyst is a problem solver who can understand credit risk business requirements and act as a bridge between business and technology teams and translate business requirements into solution designs and deliverables. This includes target state planning, maintaining current and target state documentation, maintaining business and system context diagrams, maintaining process flow diagrams, data querying and analysis, root cause analysis and resolution.

What will you do?
Elicit, analyze and understand business and data requirements to develop complete business solutionsWork closely in agile teams to ensure successful implementations of business solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders and assist in defining product roadmaps, maintaining product backlogs and defining release cadencesProfile and analyze data by using SQL / Python (including Pandas) on a variety of relational database platforms and data lakes to validate assumptions and resolve issuesProactively raise issues to product owners and IT partners as requiredEnsure solution designs and implementations of new system capabilities align and adhere to enterprise risk policies and regulatory guidelinesCreate and maintain user and system documentationParticipate in the definition and execution of testing strategies and plansDesign, code and maintain Tableau ReportsDesign, code and maintain data and reporting solutions using SQL / Python / PandasWhat do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Finance, or other related degreeStrong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with financial risk management, credit risk, and respective financial productsStrong knowledge of data concepts, data management, data modelling, data mapping, data migration and data governanceAbility to write, understand and maintain complex SQL queriesProven experience developing data solutions using Python and PandasWorking knowledge of creating Tableau dashboard reportsSound analytical and problem solving skills; detail orientedSelf-driven, highly motivated and results orientedAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast paced and changing environmentQuick and thorough learner and outstanding team playerNice to Have:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or other related degree2–4 years’ experience working with financial product lifecycle dataExperience working to with productivity tools like CoPilot, Jupyter, GitHub, Airflow, Jira and ConfluenceWhat’s in it for you?
